Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CrushDust. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email and let you know if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
If more than 10 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us if needed.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: 110 16th Street Ste 1460 Denver, Colorado 80202.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
Exchanges
